Our center has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the “Best Nursing Homes” in the United States and has received the highest possible overall rating of five stars. The Best Nursing Homes 2016 ratings highlight the top nursing homes out of nearly 16,000 facilities nationwide. Newton-Wellesley Center has achieved this honor through assessments in health inspections, level of nurse staffing and quality of care. Rankings are also based upon a rating from CMS. We are honored to have held this distinction since 2013.

Our center maintains a 5 Star quality rating on Nursing Home Compare. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides ratings information on the Nursing Home Compare website to help individuals, family members, caregivers, and the public find and compare the quality of nursing homes more easily.
