Simpson CollegeOne of the special things about The Village is our location in a residential area between the Indianola Country Club and Simpson College, within a two-block walking distance of each other.

Our relationship with Simpson College is unique and runs deeply through our community. Villagers often use the college's tennis courts; and our residents can audit classes at Simpson College at no charge, on a space available basis. Plus, many retired professors and their spouses make The Village their home.
