Nestled in its own quiet cul-de-sac in the great little community of Hooper, Nebraska, the Hooper Care Center can serve up to 48 residents.

Just 15 minutes from Fremont, the Hooper Care Center offers all the conveniences of being close to doctors, shopping, and restaurants, while providing tender loving care with a small town attitude and a neighborly way. We are Family Serving Family.

The Hooper Care Center’s large spacious rooms and light, airy dining room provide great living spaces for our residents and families to enjoy. We pride ourselves on being small and homey. This allows the team to really get to know our residents and their needs, and also allows our residents and families to build relationships with our team. Developing strong bonds helps to make the stay much more enjoyable; whether the stay is for long-term nursing or for short-term rehab.

The Hooper Care Center provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy on both an in-patient and out-patient basis in our newly remodeled therapy center. Our therapists develop individual plans of care that target the resident’s needs and help bring them back to the highest level of functioning possible.
