West Bay Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility offering a wide range of Specialty Services. Some of these Specialties include our Cardiac Management Program with rounding Cardiologist, James Crandell, M.D., as well as our Pulmonary Management Program with rounding Pulmonologist, Basem Haddad M.D. and Respiratory Therapists in house 24/7. Included in the Pulmonary Program, we are able to meet the needs for Ventilator patients, as well as Tracheostomy care on our Cardio/Pulmonary Wing which boasts all private rooms, on suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and therapy staff available to provide strengthening and rehab services as appropriate. In addition, we also have a Secure Memory Support Unit specializing in providing top tier care for those afflicted with Alzheimer's and Dementia, offering both private and semi-private rooms. Furthermore, Short Term Rehab is available on our Level 1 Transitional Care Unit, also boasting private suites.
