The Wayne Center is located in historical Wayne, Pennsylvania. Wayne Center provides ShortStay Rehabilitation in our Transitional Care Unit, Respite Care, Hospice Care as well as LongTerm Care. Our patients and residents enjoy the breakfast and lunch buffet in our dining rooms and available wireless internet with computers/laptops. We provide therapy seven days a week to our patients in the Transitional Care Unit. We have a full-time Nurse Practitioner on staff as well as a Medical Director, Attending Physicians, Physiatrist, Psychologist, Dietitian, and a host of other services and amenities.
