Vida Encantada Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 102 bed facility that provides skilled nursing care twenty-four hours a day. We are the only skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas, New Mexico and has been serving the community for over fifty years. Our skilled nursing, palliative care and long term care units are managed by experienced nurses under the guidance of Dr. Michael G. Lopez MD. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy seven days a week. Our ultimate goal is to help our residents attain their highest level of functionality to improve their everyday life. We understand that the transition to a skilled nursing facility can be challenging for both the resident and the family. At Vida Encantada Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we provide an environment where residents and guests feel informed and comfortable with hopes of easing this process. We offer beauty services, religious services, and a full activity calendar to ensure our residents feel at home and engaged socially.
