At Vian Nursing and Rehab, we have a staff of highly trained physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We are here to help you or your loved one recover from a recent hospitalization. Need for Skilled Nursing may be necessary due to hospitalization related to a stroke, fracture, surgery, or other condition that may require an interdisciplinary team of therapists and nursing staff to assist the patient in reaching their highest functional level possible, with the goal of returning to their previous living environment.
