On April 1, 2018, Certus completed the acquisition of several nursing facilities from Communicare. These facilities include Suburban, Cityview, Candlewood, Kent, and Aristocrat, and are in addition to Certus’s existing facilities, Heritage Village of Clyde and Heritage Village of Waterville.

Our primary goal is to make each facility a true home where every resident feels valued, understood and comfortable.
