Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton (SRB) is a skilled nursing facility for patients who require skilled nursing services and short-term rehabilitation care. It was formerly Spaulding West Roxbury (SWR) and is under the SWR license. The Spaulding North End program has been merged with Spaulding West Roxbury as Spaulding Brighton.
