South Park East is a Medicare / Medicaid licensed 47 bed long term care facility specializing in Alzheimer / Dementia care. We at South Park East are proud of our "Home-Like" atmosphere. The courtyard garden with gazebo and park benches are enjoyed by residents and families. South Park East strives to give our families the sense that their loved ones are safe because the entire facility is secured, not limited to only a wing or hall.

24 nursing care as well as daily skilled therapy will ensure our residents reach their full potential for a better Quality of Life. Dietary needs are met as ordered by each resident's physician.
