Simmons Loving Care was founded by Mr.s Anna L. Simmons in 1965. She envisioned a home away from home for those in need of skilled nursing, respite, and or/hospice care. Her vision became a reality when Simmons Loving Care's doors opened on January 1, 1970. We have been serving the community for 48 years and is the last independent family owned and operated nursing facility in the area.
