Sapphire Health and Rehab is an 81 bed facility located in Copley, OH. We also offer skilled private suites to help make your post-acute care stay more comfortable. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy are all available and overseen by our professional therapy team. Once you make the transition home your continuity of care can continue with enrollment in our outpatient therapy.

Daily care is under the supervision of our medical director and nurse practitioner. Our aggressive wound management is under the care of a certified wound nurse.
