Since opening our doors in 1975, Santa Rita Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has provided residents with consistent, dedicated and reliable care. We provide a pleasant home-like environment where nursing care and supportive services are delivered by a professional, caring and friendly staff.

Located in Green Valley, Santa Rita Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a scenic drive along Interstate 19 with breath-taking views of the Santa Rita Mountains – just 35 minutes south of Tucson and 45 minutes from Nogales. Glorious weather in a valley rich with history, abundant sunshine and moderate temperatures contribute to a year-round outdoor lifestyle.

We are proud to announce that Santa Rita Nursing and Rehabilitation Center received the highest Quality Rating of “A” as a result of our recent annual Arizona Department of Health Services Survey. The surveyors extensively examined every department, with resident care, well-being, safety and satisfaction as the primary focus.

Santa Rita is currently working with community partners on Medicare’s Bundle Payment initiative ( BPCI). We are proud to be chosen as preferred providers with local hospitals to assist in working on this initiative
