2009
Senior Care Centers and Senior Rehab Solutions (SRS) were founded with 14 facilities and a headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

2010
We grew to 20 facilities servicing 2,000 patients and residents daily.

2011
We founded the Cares Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity to provide assistance to our employees facing an unforeseen catastrophic event.

2014
We added 19 more facilities serving more than 4,000 patients and residents every day.

2015
Facilities in Louisiana were added to our family, as well as four Aime hospice locations.

2016
We grew to over 100 facilities serving over 10,000 patients and residents on a daily basis.
