Rural Health Care is a privately-owned nursing facility which specializes in meeting the unique medical and psychosocial needs beyond those of the typical geriatric population. We provide care for Residents with a variety of mental disorders who exhibit redirectable behaviors that are difficult to manage in a conventional geriatric facility. Our goal is for the Residents to maintain as much independence as possible while allowing the Residents to live in a structured, comfortable and safe environment.
