The campus of Rose Linn includes Rose Linn Care Center, offering skilled nursing services along with extended care services. These services are also known as intermediate care facility (ICF). This part of our campus accepts private Medicaid, Medicare, and hospice payor sources. Another part of our campus, Rose Linn Vintage Place, provides residential care and memory care services. This part of our campus accepts private and Medicaid payor sources.
