Point Place Center is a 98-bed dually certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in, Toledo, Ohio. Point Place is a distinguished boating community located in the Northeast corner of Toledo bordering Lake Erie. Our Center was built in 1996 and was completely remodeled in 2011-2012 allowing us to enhance the living experience of our patients/residents, the work environment for our employees, and to meet the medical needs of the community we serve. We have a 32-bed Rehab Recovery Suite unit with 18 private rooms.
