Pleasanton Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 139-bed skilled nursing facility with a dual focus of providing post-hospitalization transitional care and long term custodial care. We have achieved great success with our ability to help patients recover and discharge back to home or to a lower level of care. We employ our own therapists and have two spacious and cheerful gyms for exercise. Together, with our nursing staff, our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of functional independence.
