The Place is a senior community with a homelike atmosphere, where we greet each resident, family member or visitor with a warm smile. At The Place we value our residents and families alike. The Place provides care in a residential setting, to help ensure that our resident maintain their dignity in an atmosphere of comfort, kindness and respect.

We are a 100 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer long-term stays and short– term rehabilitation stays. We have private rooms as well as semi-private rooms available. We have shower rooms located on each the patients hall that are equipped with showers and whirlpool tubes.

The Place offers comprehensive and quality short or long term care in three beautiful and unique locations.
The Place at Deans Bridge, The Place at Martinez, and The Place at Pooler, all located near Augusta and Savannah, Georgia, offer residents assisted living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care in a home-like atmosphere.
