Transitional Rehab

The Pearl at Kruse Way Rehabilitation Health Center helps adults recover from trauma, surgery, or major illness. Directed by your physician, our multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, dieticians and rehabilitation therapists will develop a rehabilitation program just for you.

Your rehabilitation will be coordinated with your optimal discharge plan in mind. Our goal is to help adults reach their highest possible functional levels through therapy, medical stabilization, nutritional, spiritual and social stimulation.
