For over 64 years, Park Village has been a trusted continuing care retirement community in Dover. Skilled nursing has been the foundation of our care, and it has been our privilege to serve you.

To continue this tradition and expand our service area, we opened our new Park Village Southside retirement community in late 2016. The new campus incorporates the latest design and technology to provide exceptional elder care now and for generations to come.

Park Village Southside provides the same level of care you've come to expect from our Dover facility. Skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy, and assisted and independent living - all on one campus, in a clean, comfortable and safe environment.

Our 90,000-square-foot retirement community includes 38 private rehabilitation and skilled nursing units with two suites, and 72 assisted living units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments.

The building has a large two-story atrium with a water feature, several common areas with fireplaces, four dining rooms, two private dining rooms, a chapel, a theater, a cafe, and two large activity areas. Outside on the campus are numerous patios, a one-acre pond, and walking trails.
