Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center, located in view of the Great South Bay in West Islip, New York, offers comprehensive services and programs geared to both adult and geriatric patients. Established in 1894 in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Dominic, Our Lady of Consolation is a proven leader in continuing long-term and post-acute care. Skilled nursing care at Our Lady of Consolation includes geriatric care, rehabilitative care, dementia disease care, and medically complex care. Our Lady of Consolation also features on-site Respiratory Therapists twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, as well as a full-time specially trained medical staff.
