A community owned, not for profit home. Our 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, opened in 1968, provides quality care for those who can no longer care for themselves.

Located in a beautiful rural setting, Oakridge is a comfortable , peaceful place to call home, and we strive to make Oakridge feel like home to those who live here. Three delicious home-cooked meals are served daily plus snacks when someone gets hungry. Our activities program is assigned for all levels with planned events daily. Scheduled activities include bingo, exercises, van trips in the Oakridge van & many more too numerous to list. Our friendly, caring staff are well trained to meet the needs of our residents 24 hours per day.

Professional nurses oversee resident care around the clock. Our Dietitian Consultant plans nutritionally balanced menus & special diets. Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are available for rehabilitation and to assist our residents in reaching their optimal levels and maintaining their independence for as long as they can.

Our building is well scrubbed and well maintained, a credit to our housekeeping and maintenance crews.
