New Roc Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 person community, located in Rochester, New York on Portland Avenue, that provides both long-term and short-term nursing and rehabilitation services.
We provide medical staffing on-site seven days a week. At least eight hours a day our medical staff and Board Certified physicians are in-house to provide quick and effective service to our residents.
Our staff of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses, along with our therapists, dieticians, and social workers work together to create and follow individually crafted care plans for each resident to meet their goals and to see to their needs. For a list of what we offer our residents, please take a look at our Nursing Care and Rehabilitation pages.
We are now operating under new administrative management and are more committed than ever to providing quality services and care to residents. Feel free to browse through our website to learn about all New Roc Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has to offer.
While our building is smoke-free, we do offer scheduled smoking hours for residents at a designated outdoor location of the property — under close staff supervision. To learn more about our smoking policy, call (585) 544-4000 today.
