Nestled among the rolling hills of Monroe County, we are a 60 bed nursing facility providing professional rehabilitation and nursing services.

Over the years the needs of the community have changed and we have strived to reach out and meet those needs with continuous expansion. The longevity of many of our staff is not only an asset to the care center but also a plus to the residents in providing consistent high level care.

Family, friends, and volunteers are always welcome visitors. We believe that outside interaction is important to the well being of our residents.
