Midway Nursing Home is a 200 bed skilled nursing facility located right off the Long Island Expressway in the heart of Queens and in close proximity to all of New York City's 5 Boroughs and Long Island, in the proud town of Maspeth, NY.
We offer Short and Long term multidisciplinary rehabilitation with an individualized plan of care to meet every residents needs. Progressive Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies partnered with Nursing affords residents the opportunity to return to the highest practicable quality of life.

Our Therapeutic Recreation programs including music and entertainment programs, discussions, and cognitive games provide maximization of resident's individual interests and abilities.

Midway Nursing Home offers experienced social workers who strive to meet the individualized psychosocial needs of our residents and families adjusting to this new environment. Personalized discharge plans are developed to ensure appropriate placement, when necessary.

Midway Nursing Home is a Kosher Facility which in conjunction with residents personal preferences, offers menus and menu alternatives to meet all dietary needs. Our Registered Dieticians work with our residents to meet their therapeutic nutritional requirements.
