Set on rolling acreage just outside of the Medina city Square, Medina Meadows has always had a wonderful reputation for providing quality care in a home-like environment. We strive to continue that tradition today. First opening its doors in the original building in 1914, Medina Meadows, originally called the Ohio Pythian Home, was the first home for seniors in all of Medina County. Medina Meadows has a long rich history in the area, and a very bright future to go along with it.
