Founded in 1978, Meadowbrook Care Center is a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, in close proximity to all local hospitals. Through the years, Meadowbrook Care Center has continued to grow and evolve to meet community needs, and today offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays, to short-term rehabilitation, to long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs and services.

Moreover, our convenient location provides immediate access to hospital specialists in virtually every area of medicine, as well as emergency care, should it be required.

We are a faith-based facility, recognizing that spiritually in all its forms, is integral to healing and living.
