The Manistee County Medical Care Facility (MCMCF) is a county-owned not-for-profit skilled nursing facility located on US-31 on the north side of Manistee, Michigan next door to the Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital. The facility has 100 licensed beds and provides complete skilled nursing care, including comprehensive short-term rehabilitation services. Established in 1868 as the County Farm and Hospital, it has evolved into the MCMCF. The building was constructed in 1959 and expanded in 2004 when additional resident rooms in the Dena wing were added.
