Longmeadow Care Center is a skilled nursing care center located in Ravenna, Ohio. We combine compassionate care and skilled nursing services with physical, occupational and speech therapy to help you recover quickly from surgery or illness. And our comfortable, well-appointed community will welcome you home.

We also offer short-term and respite care services to give home caregivers a well-deserved break and peace of mind that their loved ones are in good hands.

We also have a chef in-house who prepares three gourmet-style meals a day, as well as snacks, in our dining room. And we have a full-service beauty salon and barber shop to keep you looking and feeling like your best self.

Staying active and engaged is an important part of recovery and of the aging process, so we have a full activities schedule that includes games, sports, crafts and more. Residents can participate at their will. We also offer community trips and fun recreational outings.

Longmeadow also specializes in memory care, so we offer behavioral health management, as well as psychiatry and psychology services.
