Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County provides a complete continuum of care including short term rehabilitation, long term care, assisted living, and out-patient therapy. Conveniently located minutes from Alamance Regional Medical Center in the growing community of west Burlington, our staff offers planned care that is patient focused. Patients access our state of the art rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, our residents are put in touch with an interactive computer system which teaches them to use the internet, send email, and provides the opportunity for group interaction through music and games.

Our 36-suite assisted living unit within the center supports patients who may need assistance with medication administration or meal preparation while remaining as independent as possible.
