We are part of a continuum of services that includes acute care services at Beverly Hospital, subacute care at Ledgewood, and care after discharge through Lahey Health at Home. Our dedicated team provides outstanding short-term rehabilitation and subacute care. We are the only facility in the area that has full-time onsite Physician/Nurse Practitioner teams, led by our Medical Director, Carl Johnson. These teams help prevent patients from requiring re-hospitalization. In addition, consulting specialists often visit the facility.
