Welcome to Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We are 75-bed facility located less than a mile from the South Sunflower County Hospital and the Indianola Family Medical Group. Our center provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The transition from a hospital or any other medical facility can be stressful, but here at Indianola Rehab and Healthcare Center, we strive to make that transition a very positive experience. With services from the medical team along with family support and ongoing participation, we can meet and maintain successful goals of our residents for long-term success.
