Welcome to The Lodge at Heritage Estates, the premier skilled nursing facility in western Nebraska! Heritage Estates is located in Gering, a small community in Scotts Bluff County just 40 miles north of I-80 and centrally located between the Colorado Front Range, Yellowstone National Park and Mt. Rushmore. The facility is nestled at the base of Dome Rock and Scotts Bluff National Monument, a well-known landmark on the Oregon Trail, providing breathtaking views for our residents to enjoy!

Heritage Estates is a neighborhood concept nursing facility with the ability to serve 102 residents. With six individual neighborhoods, each with its own unique personality and care level, residents have the opportunity to reside with others with similar needs. Four different room styles are available with amenities including an in-house therapy department, chapel, beauty shop, massage therapist and nail manicurist.

Heritage Estates, which opened in 2006, is the newest skilled facility in the area and features a spectacular building and landscaping. More importantly, a compassionate and professional staff serve our residents with integrity and excellence and provide quality care and quality of life to each resident!
