Estrella Center is a licensed 161- bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the West Valley facing the Estrella Mountains. We offer a 28 bed Sub-Acute Care Unit as well as a Secured 29-bed Alzheimer's Care Unit. We specialize in Rehabilitation, Pain Management, IV Therapy, Wound Care with Wound Vac Certification. In addition, we also offer a 100 bed, Long-Term Care Unit. We are Medicare and Arizona Medicaid Certified with most other insurances and private pay accepted.
