Crestview Manor Rehabilitation and Long Term Care is a 72-bed nursing home nestled in the rolling hills of Jane Lew, West Virginia. Residents and their families can enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings from one of our outdoor seating areas. Providing outstanding care and peace-of-mind for our residents and their families is at the center of our mission. Crestview Manor contracts an on-call, 24/7 physician. Our community also provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as wound care, whirlpool baths/treatments, and intravenous (IVs). We are also located within 30 minutes of three area hospitals.
