The Crawford County Care Center is located in the beautiful rural area of northwestern Pennsylvania. The Care Center is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term nursing care to our elderly and the younger population in need of 24 hour care. Our specialized “Supportive Care Unit” is designed for the individual with dementia related diseases. We also offer rehabilitative services to those individuals in need of extended Physical, Occupational or Speech therapy before returning to their own homes.

We strive to provide a “Family Oriented, Resident Centered Home” atmosphere where our residents have the opportunity to be as independent as they are able, yet provide the nursing assistance that is
needed. A nursing home is still a Home.
