JAG Healthcare Wooster is a 42 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility focused on serving those with Cognitive Deficit and Behavioral Health care needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, stable and comfortable environment for our residents through an interactive approach based on balancing the medical and mental health aspects of care. Our program is designed to establish and then maintain the highest individual functional levels and quality of life of our residents.
