Chapman Healthcare Center, Inc. LLC is a state licensed 188 bed skilled nursing facility and a state licensed 46 bed specialty care assisted living facility. We are located on Dadeville Road just off Hwy 280 in Alexander City, Alabama, about an hour and a half drive from Birmingham or Montgomery.

Chapman Healthcare Center, Inc. LLC has been serving Tallapoosa County and the surrounding area since 1963. The Chapman Healthcare Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility was formed in 1996.

Our mission is to provide quality resident care in a manner that promotes dignity and quality of life, We work together with the resident, family and physician to develop a plan of care intended to meet resident expectations and to promote the resident's highest practical well-being in full recognition of his or her individuality.

We are Medicare/Medicaid certified and accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and long term care insurance.

Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions regarding any concerns you have about your family member who resides at our facility.
