Conveniently located on the fourth floor of RWJ Barnabas Health in Rahway, Care Connection has access to an array of specialized medical services available, as ordered by the attending physician. Being on the RWJ campus affords our patients a seamless continuum of care from your acute hospital stay to sub-acute rehabilitation.
