Capital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a complete continuum of care including short term rehabilitation, long term care, respite and hospice care, and out-patient therapy. The types of patients admitted are those with stroke and neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, wounds and pain management. Oftentimes, our patients have secondary medical needs including but not limited to diabetes, cardiac or pulmonary conditions. Every patient has access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan.
