Brookside Skilled Nursing is a not-for-profit organization operated by St. John’s Volunteers. Although St. John’s Volunteers’ founding mission is to serve Russian Orthodox residents, their commitment to excellence in clinical care and services has served ALL community residents in San Mateo and the San Francisco peninsula for almost 40 years.

Our approach to systematic quality and continuous quality improvement has been widely recognized on both State and National levels. Our visionary approach to management supports the operation of this facility, providing services that meet a wide variety of needs for our residents. With this vision we are able to prepare for tomorrow’s healthcare environment today.
