Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a family owned and operated 101 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the town of Bedford, New Hampshire. We offer short-term rehabilitation programs, residential long-term care, and secure units for residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We also offer both semi-private and private rooms to our residents.
