Hello! I am Stephen Heard, owner and on-site Administrator of The Baird Nursing Home, which is a unique combination of roles. Proudly, I am a proud 31-year resident of Greece, where my wife of 43 years and I raised our two children. Now we have four grandchildren! The year I was married, 1975, also marked the beginning of my Nursing Home Administrator's License, which I have repeatedly renewed through continuing education. In 1989, I came to The Baird and in 2000 took ownership of our small, 28 bed, Rochester, NY nursing home. I cannot even count the number of Greece and Irondequoit families I have come to know and enjoy over this period of time. Welcome to my second home, at The Baird.
