Avamere Transitional Health Care and Rehabilitation – Brighton is a skilled nursing facility that provides both sub-acute and long-term care to our residents. The mission of our trained staff is to enhance the life of every person they serve. These services include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Wound Care, Cardiac, Respiratory and Stroke Care. We also administer and manage IV therapy, Feeding Tube Services, Diabetic and TPN Management for those who require such services.
We utilize a variety of staff and volunteers to provide for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs that our many residents have. We work closely with a variety of Home Health, Medical Equipment and Supply vendors to assist in transitioning residents back to their highest level of independence.
