Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valley is a skilled nursing facility that provides both sub-acute and long-term care. The mission of our trained staff is to enhance the life of every person we serve. These services include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Wound Care, Cardiac, Respiratory and Stroke care. We also administer and manage IV therapy, Feeding Tube Services, and Diabetic care for those who require such services; and a host of specialty care options.

We utilize a variety of staff and volunteers to provide for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs that our many residents have. We work closely with a variety of Home Health, Medical Equipment and Supply vendors to assist in transitioning residents back to their highest level of independence.
