Twin Maples Health Care Facility is 44 bed skilled nursing facility with 22 semi-private rooms in a home-like setting. We are located in the rural town of Durham, Connecticut, in a peaceful, wooded, beautifully landscaped setting. For exercise, fresh air, or both, you can stroll along our walking path. In the evening, you can socialize in our screened-in patio.

Our professional staff meets the needs of individuals who require nursing care and supervision for either short-term or long-term care. Short term rehabilitation needs can be met with an onsite, fully equipped therapy department providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to ensure that our residents meet their maximum potential.
