Providing a warm and welcoming environment, Villa Mesa Care Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located directly behind San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, CA. Being located close to the hospital allows us easy access to medical specialists to meet the specific needs of our residents.

Every aspect of service and care has been considered in providing a reassuring, safe, and supportive environment whether delivering treatment for a short-term acute illness or a long-term change in functional status. This includes a knowledgeable and well-trained nursing staff to address the individual needs and goals of our residents and their families and a dedicated team of physicians.

We are directly behind our Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, The Villa.
