Santé, a senior and post-acute healthcare company, was founded in 2008 by C. Mark Hansen, Sterling Short and Jim Tellatin with a focus on providing a compassionate continuum of care. Since its inception, Santé has opened five care facilities in Arizona—Santé of Mesa, Santé of Surprise, Santé of Chandler, Santé of North Scottsdale and Santé of Tucson. Santé also owns Santé Home Health and Rehabilitation Services to provide our guests with the same exceptional care in the comfort of their own home. In 2017, Santé Hospice was created to complete the continuum of care and provide compassionate services to patients at their end stages of life.

Santé acquired Encore Communities, an independent living, assisted living and TRC campus in Silverdale, Washington for $23 million in 2012. A $2.4 million expansion of the TRC with 37 new private rooms was completed in 2013. The Ridge, a 51-unit memory care community, was acquired and added to the Encore Communities’ continuum of care in 2014.

In 2016, construction and remodeling began on the Anderson Community, which includes assisted living, memory care and adult family homes in Shoreline, Washington. Construction will be completed in February of 2018.
