Located on Long Island’s south shore in the nautical community of Island Park, South Point Plaza Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a variety of nursing services in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Originally South Point Plaza was owned and operated by the United Cerebral Palsy Association and provided care for those residents with Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. In 2003 new ownership took over and South Point Plaza expanded its scope of services to provide care for individuals with a broad range of diagnoses.

Today South Point Plaza prides itself on providing highly skilled nursing services to people from Nassau, Suffolk and the Five Burroughs with a wide array of medical needs. We all hope to never need assistance, but if you do the staff at South Point Plaza are here for you.
